2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing “The AI-Era Visibility System” (the “Product”), or otherwise engaging with content published by AI Visibility System (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase the Product.
3. Nature of the Product
The Product is a self-paced digital information kit. It includes written playbooks, prompt libraries, schema markup templates, outreach templates and a Notion workspace. It is not a managed, done-for-you, or agency service. We do not implement work on your website, run campaigns for you, or contact third parties on your behalf as part of this Product.
4. Pricing & Payment
The current list price of the Product is ₹2,499 + applicable GST. Payment is collected through Razorpay, our authorized payment processor. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued automatically after a successful payment. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
5. Access & Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of successful payment, please check your spam folder and then contact sushila@escalatedigital.in.
6. License & Permitted Use
On purchase you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to use the Product for yourself or within your own business. You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, publicly share, repackage or use the Product’s materials to create a competing course, kit or training program. All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with AI Visibility System.
7. Lifetime Updates & Bonus Terms
“Lifetime updates” means that for as long as the Product is actively maintained by AI Visibility System, you will receive updated versions at no additional cost. Bonus inclusions such as bi-weekly group calls, Q&A sessions and founder email access are offered on a best-effort, group basis and do not constitute a 1:1 consulting engagement or guaranteed response time. We reserve the right to modify the format, schedule or delivery method of bonuses.
8. No Guaranteed Results
The Product provides educational information and templates. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, AI citation, traffic, lead, sales, revenue or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your niche, market, implementation effort, existing website condition, and changes made by third-party platforms (search engines, AI tools and social networks). Nothing in the Product or on this website constitutes financial, legal or professional advice.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request a refund, email sushila@escalatedigital.in from the email address used at checkout within 7 days of purchase. 10. Data Usage & Privacy
At checkout, Razorpay collects your name, email address, phone number and billing information in order to process payment and issue a GST invoice. We additionally store your name and email so that we can deliver the Product, send updates, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers strictly required to operate the Product (e.g. Razorpay for payments, our email delivery provider, Notion for workspace duplication you initiate yourself). 11. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
AI Visibility System is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini, Search), Perplexity AI, Microsoft (Copilot), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Notion, Razorpay or any other third-party platform mentioned in the Product or on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to these platforms are descriptive only.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Visibility System, its partners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
